Look at what the state pays for and determine if they should spend state money on those costs which significantly strap communities ie health insurance, special education. Target spending perhaps. Increased support for infrastructure improvements including more public/private partnerships. Private funding to help with programs. Provide adequate funding for our state parks and recreation facilities. Think about adding fees for all users of the system like non-motorize boats which could increase revenue |
